Parish Ministry
Eucharistic Ministers
Eucharistic ministers assist the priest with distribution of Holy Communion at weekend and weekday Masses. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, a practicing Catholic and approved by the pastor. Training by the Liturgical Training Committee is required.
Ministers to the Sick
Volunteers assist with distribution of Holy Communion to those hospitalized, homebound or in nursing homes. A volunteer must be 18 years of age or older, a practicing Catholic and approved by the pastor. Training by the Liturgical Training Committee is required.
Parish Choir
The parish choir sings regularly at the weekend Masses and other principle liturgies of the church. Cantors are chosen from this group and serve as song leaders. Anyone who loves to sing is encouraged to join the choir.
Altar Servers
Altar Servers assist in the celebration of the Mass and other liturgical celebrations. Training is provided to boys and girls, 3rd grade and older, who wish to participate in the altar server program.
Lectors
Lectors proclaim the Word of God through the readings at Mass. Volunteers must be practicing Catholics and approved by the pastor. Training by the Liturgical Training Committee is required.

Catholic Youth Ministry

Parish Religious Educations (PRE)
The PRE program provide religious education for first through seventh grade who do not attend a Catholic school. These classes are required to receive the sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation. See the youth ministry page for more information.
Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)
RCIA is designed for both Catholic and non-Catholic adults. For Catholics, this is an opportunity to refresh and rekindle knowledge and understanding of fundamental Catholic teachings and traditions. For non-Catholics, it provides an introduction into Catholic Christianity through scripture study, learning about the Sacraments, the commandments, traditions and laws of the Church. This journey of faith begins in September with weekly 1.5 hour sessions and, for those entering into the Church, continues through the Easter Vigil.
Catechetical Ministry
Karnawal
The IHM Polish Karnawal is a major fundraiser which benefits the parish school. This annual event is held on the third weekend in September and strives to continue the Polish heritage of the parish. A few highlights include a traditional Polish dinner, silent auction, midway games, and a prize raffle drawing. Volunteers give their time, talents and treasure to make this a success.
Immaculate Heart of Mary School Endowment Fund
The Endowment Fund has been established to support the philosophy and financial stability of Immaculate Heart of Mary School, ensuring the continuation and enhancement of the school which promotes the development of students in a faith-based environment.
